Cobh (formerly Queenstown) overlooks one of the largest natural harbours in the world. Many people emigrated from Ireland in the 1800's here, to various destinations such as USA, Canada and Australia. Cobh was also the last port of call of the ill fated liner SS. Titanic and the port where the victims of the Lusitania were brought ashore.
